Rachel Uchitel, the club hostess who was the first woman to be named in golf ace Tiger Woods’ “mistress scandal”, has signed up for the hit US reality TV show ‘Celebrity Rehab’.
The 35-year-old, who also admitted to having an affair with married ‘Bones’ star David Boreanaz, checked into the Pasadena Recovery Centre on Saturday for 21 days of detox and treatment.
And it is expected she will be encouraged to talk about her headline grabbing affairs, reported TMZ.
TV network VH1 are reportedly shelling out USD 500,000 for Uchitel to reveal her side of the story.
“She is not an addict. She doesn’t do drugs and isn’t an alcoholic, but she does have problems with relationships.
This is her chance to tell her story and show people another side of herself,” said a source.
Joining her on the show will be former supermodel Janice Dickinson and oil heir Jason Davis among others.
The stars only get paid if they stay sober and complete the treatment for various drug and alcohol addictions.
Uchitel has also been offered a slot on the next season of mogul Donald Trump’s reality show ‘Celebrity Apprentice’.
