The Foreign Investment Promotion Board on Friday cleared 18 FDI proposals worth R2,126.20 crore, including Dish TV?s R980-crore proposal to increase foreign equity to produce telecom equipment and provide management and marketing of ?agrani? services in the area of mobile satellite communications.
