Prithvi Infradevelopers today announced a residential project in Himachal Pradesh where non-Himachalis people can buy property.

Vikas Wahi, Director, Prithvi Infradevelopers Private Limited told here today that the project would be located at Kandaghat near Shimla and will house 198 units of two, three and four bed room flats.

The project would come up on 18,460 sq meter chunk of prime land. He said that all approvals have been received from the Himachal government and the project would be completed within three years.

Wahi said that the State Bank of Patiala has agreed to extend financing facilities for residential units in this project. Close to Shimla, Kasauli, Chail, Solan and Chandigarh.

He said that another highlight of the project is that construction would come up only on 29 per cent of area while 71 per cent land would be left for environmental supplement.
