JWT Mumbai has joined the ?Top 50 Club?in the Gunn Report this year — a rare distinction and honour for JWT India J to have made it to this exclusive world list. The “Top 50 Club” was a term coined by Havas? Jacques S?gu?la for those agencies anywhere in the world who have ever made it into the Gunn Report?s Top 50 agencies table.

The influential Gunn Report reveals the most creatively awarded ads and agencies across the world annually. Now founder Donald Gunn has amassed a five year report, and has begun including media strategists and agencies in his assessments. And he?s hit on the secret of the perfect agency.

The international advertising chain Havas awards 1.5 million Euros in share options to any of its Creatives who appear in The Gunn Report?s top 50 agencies list. This is indicative of just how much authority The Gunn Report has gained since its creation. The Gunn Report?established in 1999?is based on a simple idea, to combine the winners? lists from all of the major advertising awards in the world to establish annual worldwide league tables for the advertising industry. To do this Gunn calculates each festival according to its importance, arriving at the 50 most awarded campaigns, agencies, advertisers, directors, production offices and countries.

This is also the first time a new category called ‘All Gunns Blazing’ has been introduced. The category attempts to capture all that’s going on under the various labels of Integrated, Mixed Media, Innovative, Content, Titanium, and more.
