EMR provides auto insurance services, healthcare and benefits management services to the some of the largest insurance companies and corporations in the world. HandsOn plans to launch, cross-sell and up-sell services across the entire HandsOn managed companies suite of backend services yielding significant cost-savings and growth potential; and leverage its global presence of over 12,000 associates in the USA, United Kingdom India, China, Canada and Mexico in its portfolio companies.
The acquisition of EMR paves the way of HOV Global into the European BPO marketplace and introduces a number of opportunities across the Rustic Canyon portfolio. This acquisition is consistent with HandsOn?s strategy of acquiring leading global business process outsourcing companies to deliver superior value to current and prospective clients through its globally positioned resources.
