Prithvi Information Solutions (PISL), a player in e-governance infrastructure, has won an order worth Rs 12.5 crore from the Haryana government to develop State Data Centre (SDC).

The SDC will provide single window for accessing the services provided by the state government proving to be a key infrastructure to house the data from various departments under one roof. Prithvi Information Solutions has already started with the execution of Nagaland SDC and is expecting to complete its installation and commissioning ahead of schedule.

The SDC programme, a part of the National e-governance Plan (NeGP), aims to create infrastructure and platforms to support various e-governance initiatives to be rolled out by the center and state governments.

As an end to end solutions provider, Prithvi is aiming to provide the Haryana governments with State Data Centers (SDC), State Wide Area Network (SWAN) and Common Service Centers (CSC). Prithvi has started to build a substantial pipeline and is confident of achieving its targets. The central government has approved over Rs 1,700 crore to support the programme.
