Keeping in view the persistent demand by the public and feedback received from the field offices, the Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam has decided to introduce the voluntary disclosure of load scheme for domestic, non domestic, agricultural tubewell and industrial consumers with immediate effect. The scheme will remain open till October 31, 2008 and no penalties will be charged from the applicant(s) for regularisation of unauthorised load.
Giving details, a spokesman said the procedure of regularisation of unauthorised load has been simplified for the convenience of consumers. For regularisation of domestic and non domestic load, the applicants would be required to submit the Application & Agreement Form. There will be no need of submitting the Term & Conditions forms or affidavits.
