Comparex, one of Microsoft’s large solution partner, has registered 20 per cent year-on-year growth in its business riding on a higher adoption of Microsoft Office 365 amongst its customers.
Navin Kapur, Managing Director, Comparex India told here at a press conference today that the global IT service provider specializes in license management, software procurement and technical product consulting serves public-sector bodies as well as SMEs, industrial companies and large international corporations. It operates in 31 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. In India it has a presence in 10 cities including offices in Chandigarh and Ludhiana in Punjab.
Kapur said that the company has sold more than 5000 seats of Office 365 over the last 12 to 15 months in Chandigarh and Punjab. It has registered 45% growth in cloud seats across the country over the same period. It has been building on its public cloud capability with Microsoft, offering enterprise-grade and highly secure and scalable Office 365 services to enhance business efficiencies and collaboration. He said that Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure are already offering significant value to small businesses in and around Chandigarh. He said that “customers in Chandigarh understand the business dynamics and realize the need for a robust IT infrastructure to grow and scale up their business. They are embracing cloud to drive efficiencies in a cost effective manner. ”
