To provide a right kind of platform to the Indian apparel exporters to showcase their capabilities and also to enable them access the US market, Apparel Export Promotion Council (AEPC) is taking part in the MAGIC Fair which is being held at Las Vegas in the US. The fair, which is considered to be the largest and cost effective trade event for apparels in the US, is being conducted between February 12 and 15, 2008.
According to information available, the fair caters to over 3,500 exhibitors, 5,000 brands and 95,000 attendees and is dedicated to contract manufacturing and private label business. It is the destination for product development groups to find new trends and fashion, new niches, value added and commodity vendors in one focussed location. It is pipped to be the most convenient space for retail buyers, global importers, licensees and brands to meet and conduct business with offshore manufacturers and construct suppliers from the international manufacturing countries.
