Rohit Shetty’s multi-starrer ‘horror comedy’, Golmaal Again is on a roll at the box-office. Despite clashing with Aamir Khan and Zaira Wasim’s Secret Superstar, Golmaal got a massive opening. Having registered a blockbuster opening day, the film has now gone on to record a brilliant opening weekend. Golmaal Again box-office collection by day 3 stands at Rs 87.60 cr. Apart from this, the film has also earned Rs 20.62 cr in the overseas market. The news was confirmed by trade analyst Taran Adarsh. “#GolmaalAgain Fri 30.14 cr, Sat 28.37 cr, Sun 29.09 cr. Total: ₹ 87.60 cr. India biz… OVERSEAS: $ 3.17 million [₹ 20.62 cr],” he said in a tweet on Monday afternoon.

“#GolmaalAgain has a FANTASTIC weekend… Starting with a BANG on Fri, the film maintained the REMARKABLE pace on Sat and Sun…,” Taran Adarsh added in another tweet. A report by Bollywood Hungama, on the other hand, suggests that Golmaal Again has already minted around Rs 92 crore and is already on the list of Top-10 grossers of 2017 when it comes to the lifetime numbers. If the Ajay Devgan starrer continues to maintain its pace, it might achieve bigger milestones before Week One comes to a close. At this pace, Golmaal Again has a very good chance to go past Judwaa 2’s lifetime collection and become the second highest grosser of 2017. Golmaal’s success didn’t have an impact on Secret Superstar as it also went to earn a decent amount. “Wow!
