The 17-time Grand Slam champion claimed a 6-3, 6-4 win over Sack in the semifinal contest that lasted one hour and three minutes.
Earlier, Nadal battled past Richard Gasquet 6-4, 7-6(7) in the first semifinal to advance to his 98th tour-level final.
