HC CONSIDERS PERJURY PROCEEDING AGAINST WFI OFFICIAL

The Delhi High Court not only dismissed Sushil Kumar’s plea but also asked a top Wrestling Federation official why perjury proceedings should not be initiated against him for filing a false affidavit in the plea moved by Kumar.
