The primary market is set for a calm stretch, with no mainboard initial public offerings (IPO) opening for subscription in the coming days. The week starting February 2 will see three SME initial public offerings opening for bidding, along with six companies preparing to list on stock exchanges.

SME IPOs opening next week
NFP Sampoorna Foods
NFP Sampoorna Foods will be one of the early entrants. The company’s public issue will open on February 4 and close on February 6. It is looking to raise about Rs 24.53 crore through a fresh issue of shares, with no offer-for-sale component.
The issue proceeds are planned to be used for working capital needs, repayment of borrowings and general corporate purposes.
The company operates in the food processing and trading space, dealing primarily in dry fruits such as cashew nuts, almonds, makhana and walnuts. Its business spans procurement, processing, packaging and distribution, catering to domestic and regional markets.
Grover Jewells
Grover Jewells will also open its IPO during the same period, from February 4 to February 6. The company plans to raise around Rs 33.83 crore through a fresh issue of shares.
The funds raised are expected to support working capital requirements and other general business needs as the company looks to scale its operations.
Biopol Chemicals
The third SME issue of the week is Biopol Chemicals, whose public issue will open on February 6 and remain available for subscription until February 10. The company is aiming to raise roughly Rs 31.26 crore through a fresh issue.
Six SME listings to track
Alongside new subscriptions, several companies are set to make their stock market debut in the SME segment.
Hannah Joseph Hospital will be the first to list, with its shares scheduled to debut on the BSE SME platform on February 1.
This will be followed by Kasturi Metal Composite, which is slated to list on February 3.
Midweek activity will pick up on February 4, when Msafe Equipments, Accretion Nutraveda and Kanishk Aluminium India are all scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform.
The week will wrap up with CKK Retail Mart, which is expected to list on the NSE SME platform on February 6.
