AAP MLA Mahendra Goel apologises for tearing Home Ministry notification

AAP MLA Mahendra Goel on Wednesday apologised for tearing a copy of the notification by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on the powers of the Delhi Government inside the state assembly.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Mahendra Goel on Wednesday apologised for tearing a copy of the notification by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on the powers of the Delhi Government inside the state assembly.

“I am sorry. The opposition was also happy; even they also wanted the copy to be torn,” Goel told the media persons here.

Earlier, the Delhi Government passed a resolution against Centre’s notification through voice vote in the Assembly.
