Real estate developer Godrej Properties has emerged as the highest bidder for a five-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad. The proposed residential development is expected to offer 2.5 million sq ft of saleable area and generate revenue of nearly Rs 4,150 crore.
This is the second major land acquisition by Godrej Properties in Hyderabad in recent years. In August 2025, the company acquired 7.82 acres in Kukatpally for Rs 550 crore. Hyderabad continues to remain a key growth market, with the company recording sales of Rs 2,600 crore in CY25, it added.

Godrej Properties won the bid through an e-auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) for the marquee land parcel. As per details available on MSTC’s e-tendering portal, the company emerged as the highest bidder. HMDA will now issue the allotment letter following the due process.
Neopolis, Kokapet, is a prominent residential micromarket in Hyderabad, located close to the financial district and HITEC City. “The region continues to command some of the highest land and product valuations in Hyderabad, fuelled by sustained demand from aspirational and high-income homebuyers,” the company noted in the filing.
