ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (ICICI Pru AMC) posted a massive 45.1% YoY profit growth in the third quarter of FY26. The company reported a profit of Rs 917 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to a profit of Rs 631 crore in Q3 FY25.
Further, ICICI Pru AMC’s revenue from operations grew by 23.5% on a yearly basis during the quarter. The company reported a revenue of Rs 1,514 crore from its operations in Q3 FY26. During the same quarter of FY25, its revenue from operations stood at Rs 1,226 crore.
ICICI Pru AMC’s customer base stood at 16.2 million in Q3 FY26, growing by 4 per cent on a quarterly basis. Quarterly average assets under management for mutual funds grew 23% led by contributions from equity funds.
ICICI Pru AMC declares interim dividend
ICICI Pru AMC has declared an interim dividend of Rs 14.85 per equity share. The company has fixed January 2021 as the record date for dividend payment.
This marks the company’s first set of quarterly results since its stellar stock market debut in December 2025. Its shares listed with a premium of over 20 per cent against the issue price of Rs 2,165.
