A man and a woman were found dead inside a parked car in Noida’s Sector 107 area on Friday, news agency PTI reported. The police is investigating into what officials suspect to be a case of murder-suicide. According to reports, the bodies were discovered after local residents alerted authorities.
A police team rushed to the spot and began an initial examination of the scene. Officials said both victims appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds and blood was found inside the vehicle.
During the search, police reportedly recovered a pistol from the car. The weapon has been seized and sent for forensic examination. The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, ANI reported.

Who are the deceased?
According to a Times Now report, preliminary inquiries suggest that the man was a resident of Delhi’s Trilokpuri and the woman lived in Noida’s Sector 58 area in Noida. Investigators are reportedly suspecting that the man may have shot the woman before turning the gun on himself.
Police said all possible angles are being examined given the seriousness of the case. The incident has caused concern among local residents and authorities said further details will emerge once the investigation is completed.
