HireQuotient, a recruitment automation platform has announced a new integration with HR and payroll software provider Paylocity, aimed at helping employers in frontline industries streamline recruitment through artificial intelligence (AI). The partnership brings HireQuotient’s AI-powered sourcing and screening platform, EasySource, directly into the Paylocity ecosystem, enabling businesses to manage hiring and workforce operations from a single platform.
The integration is expected to benefit sectors such as manufacturing, building services, construction, healthcare and insurance, where hiring for deskless and frontline roles has traditionally relied on manual recruitment processes.
According to HireQuotient, recruiters in these industries often spend a significant portion of their time sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, finding contact details and conducting follow-ups across multiple platforms. The company says this fragmented workflow contributes to longer hiring cycles and recruiter burnout.
With the integration, EasySource uses AI to identify suitable candidates beyond keyword matching, verify role-specific qualifications and licences, and personalise outreach through email and phone. HireQuotient claims that mid-sized businesses with 500 to 1,000 employees could reduce hiring time by up to 70%, while potentially saving around $100,000 annually in recruitment-related costs.
The platform also feeds post-hire data back into its AI models, allowing the system to improve candidate recommendations over time based on successful hiring outcomes.
Niki Simoneaux, COO of Arc Health, said, “By simply putting in vetting criteria, I was able to get a very specific talent pool within a day. With EasySource, we can reach a huge database or filter for specific licenses and areas.”
Smarthveer Sidana, Founder and CEO of HireQuotient, said joining Paylocity’s partner network validates the company’s AI recruiting capabilities.
“Paylocity maintains an elite partner network, so being named one of them is a testament to the strength of our product. By keeping recruiting activity inside the Paylocity ecosystem, we’re helping employers reduce fragmentation in hiring while enabling faster and more efficient recruitment,” Sidana said.
