AI and data solutions company Sigmoid has expanded its presence in Bengaluru by opening a new 40,000 sq. ft. office in Whitefield. The new facility marks a major investment in the company’s innovation ecosystem as it looks to meet the rising demand for artificial intelligence, data engineering, business consulting and enterprise transformation services, according to an official statement.

The new office has been designed as a hub for innovation, engineering and client delivery. It will support Sigmoid’s growing portfolio of projects across industries including Life Sciences, MedTech, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Banking and Financial Services (BFS), the statement mentioned.

The Bengaluru facility will feature dedicated innovation hubs and Centres of Excellence focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering and Decision Intelligence. These centres will bring together engineers, data scientists and industry experts to build and scale AI-powered enterprise solutions for global customers.

Sigmoid currently employs more than 1,800 people across seven countries and serves over 35 Fortune 500 companies. The company said the expansion will further strengthen its ability to help enterprises accelerate AI adoption and extract greater business value from data.

“The new Bengaluru facility is a significant investment in Sigmoid’s future,” said Mayur Rustagi, Co-founder and CTO. “As enterprises accelerate their adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI, we are scaling our capacity to innovate, collaborate, and deliver transformative solutions. This space brings together exceptional talent, cutting-edge technology, and deep industry expertise – setting the stage for the next chapter of growth for Sigmoid and our clients.”

According to the company, the expanded office has been designed to encourage collaboration between engineering, data science and business teams while providing room for future expansion. It will also serve as a key centre for innovation, client engagement and delivery as Sigmoid continues to strengthen its AI and data capabilities globally.
