Cochin Shipyard’s share price increased by 6% as it won a major defence contract worth Rs 5,000 crore to build five Next Generation Survey Vessels for the Indian Navy. The company also received an order for two Green Tugs and announced a second interim dividend for FY26. However, its Q3FY26 results showed a decline in net profit.
