Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday distributed portfolios among his 22 cabinet ministers, 9 ministers of state with independent charge and 13 state ministers.

The CM has retained major departments including Home for himself. He also kept Housing & Urban Planning, Revenue, Food & Civil Supplies, Food Security, Mining, Flood Control, Stamps & Registration, Jail, General Administration, Vigilance, Appointments, Information, Personnel, Elections, Institutional Finance, Planning, Administrative Reforms, and Infrastructure.

Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya was allocated PWD, Food Processing, Entertainment Tax and Public Enterprises while the other Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma was given Secondary and Higher Education, Science & Technology, Electronics and IT. Surya Pratap Shahi was given Agriculture, while Suresh Khanna was given Parliamentary Affairs and Urban Development. Sidharth Nath Singh was given Health, while Srikant Sharma as given Energy. Swami Prasad Maurya was given Labour and Poverty Alleviation, while Satish Mahana got Industrial Development. The key portfolio of Finance was given to Rajesh Agarwal.
