The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is offering an attractive offer for booking air tickets with it. This decision has been made in light of its upcoming 24th Foundation Day on September 27th, which also coincides with World Tourism Day.
The customers will be able to access these special offers from IRCTC by booking their air tickets for planned vacations beginning next month and the upcoming New Year, which is less than 100 days away.
A look at the IRCTCs offer for flight booking for its 24th Foundation Day:-
- Zero Convenience Fee: The IRCTC will not charge any convenience fees to the customers booking international as well as domestic flight tickets. However, this offer will remain valid till September 27, 2023.
- Discounts on Flight Tickets: The IRCTC is offering discounts up to Rs 2000 on air tickets on card transactions of different banks.

The IRCTC also offers defence fares and leave travel concession (LTC) tickets for government officials. Apart from this, as a value addition, the IRCTC also provides travel insurance of Rs 50 Lakhs for every air ticket booked through its portal.
