Embraer, a Brazilian aircraft maker, is discussing a potential aircraft order with Alliance Air as the regional carrier deals with problems with its current fleet. The airline is looking at the E175 and E190-E2 from Embraer’s E-Jet family, which has been certified for operations in India. This will enable regional airlines to use bigger planes and enhance connectivity to smaller cities.
