Kapil Mishra, in a dramatic press conference held in Delhi alleged CM Arvind Kejriwal of converting black money to white. The former Delhi water minister claimed that bogus entries were given to the Election Commission. Mishra alleged that the Aam Aadmi Party hid money from the Income Tax department and added that money was funnelled into the party through shell firms, these firms turned black money into white money.

1) Showing bogus entries to the Election Commission
Kapil Mishra said that Aam Aadmi Party provided fake data to the Election Commission. Mishra added that he will go CBI and handover all the evidence in this matter.

2) Hiding money from the income tax department
Mishra’s second charge against the Delhi Chief Minister was that he was hiding money from the Income Tax department.
3 )Aam Aadmi Party’s funds were fudged
Mishra alleged that Aam Aadmi Party’s funds were fudged. He said, there were Rs 45 crore in the bank but we were asked to contest elections with Rs 19 crore, as the party had only declared Rs 19 crore.

4) Converting black money
In his next accusation, Kapil Mishra claimed that Aam Aadmi party converted black money to white money.
5) Creating shell firms
Mishra said the money was transferred to party accounts from fake shell firms. He said 16 firms were used for this purpose and all the money was transferred on 20th January 2014.
