As 2026 begins, Oppo enters the smartphone market with its Reno 15 series – the brand’s premium midrange lineup of Android phones. In a highly competitive space, the Reno 15 series is coming to India with four models at launch, including the Reno 15 Pro 5G, Reno 15 5G, Reno 15 Pro Mini 5G and Reno 15C. As with its predecessors, the Reno 15 continues to focus on fancy design, advanced AI photography, and segment-leading durability.
This year, the standout addition is the Reno 15 Pro Mini variant, which is Oppo’s first “Pro Mini” in the Reno series. Similar to the OnePlus 13s and Vivo X300, this version will be catering to the growing demand for high-performance smartphones in a smaller, one-handed-friendly form factor. The Reno 15 series introduces Oppo’s new HoloFusion Technology for a shimmering, nature-inspired finish, aerospace-grade aluminum frames, and IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance.

“The camera is the crucial hook for users today. For a compact phone, having a great camera is essential for all-day content creation, which is why we’ve made it our main focus. We wanted the camera to be the most important factor and truly superior for consumers. With Reno series, content creation becomes easier and more fun—it’s the perfect combination of an excellent camera and long-lasting battery, making it the ideal travel companion,” Goldee Patnaik, Head of Communications, OPPO India told Financial Express.
“Our goal was to offer a perfect balance of overall performance with a fresh design. The Reno series acts as a bridge between your current phone and a flagship device. For us, price has never been the differentiating factor—it’s all about delivering value and experience,” Patnaik added.
