India Inc has won major orders this week across sectors. Key companies, including Godrej Properties, Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy, NBCC, BEML, and Insolation Green Energy announcing sizable orders across real estate, metro expansion, and solar equipment supply.

Godrej Properties secures 5-acre Hyderabad land
Godrej Properties won the e-auction for a prime five-acre land parcel in Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, valued at Rs 4,150 crore. The company emerged as the highest bidder in the auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).\
The developer plans to build a premium residential project on the site, offering around 2.5 million square feet of saleable space.
The Godrej Properties share price closed in red for the week, down 1.4% at Rs 2,084 per share.
Sterling and Wilson Renewable signs Rs 1,381 crore deal
Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy signed a five-year Strategic partnership agreement worth Rs 1,381 crore with Adani Green Energy on December 1. The deal includes a “Balance of System” (BOS) package for three solar projects at the Khavda Renewable Energy Park in Gujarat.
The Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy share price closed in red for the week, down 1.68% at Rs 222.15 per share.
NBCC bags Rs 665 crore work orders
NBCC (India) secured five contracts worth a total of approximately Rs 665.38 crore across multiple states — the largest being a Rs 642.82 crore contract from the Ghaziabad Development Authority for redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan in Ghaziabad.
The other smaller contracts include building-construction and renovation jobs for institutions such as Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in Lucknow and Kanpur, National Forensic Science University (guest-house renovation in Delhi), and Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) for renovation work — demonstrating NBCC’s continued traction in institutional and redevelopment projects.

BEML bags Rs 414 crore metro order
BEML secured order from Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation on December 3. The order worth Rs 414 crore is to supply six additional driverless metro trainsets (36 cars) for the ongoing Phase-2 expansion of the Bengaluru Metro.
The new contract raises the total trainsets under BEML’s supply order from 60 (360 cars) to 66 (396 cars).
BEML wins Rs 157 crore rail contract
BEML bagged another order from Loram Rail Maintenance India on the same week, on December 4, worth Rs 157-crore to manufacture specialized switch-rail grinding machines -used for maintenance of railway track switches for supply to Indian Railways.
The BEML share price closed in red for the week, down 6.46% in a week at Rs 1,710.50 per share.
Insolation Green Energy bags Rs 516 crore solar module orders
Insolation Green Energy secured new orders totalling Rs 516.05 crore on December 2 for the supply of solar PV modules.
Orders include a Rs 357 crore contract for N-Type TOPCon modules from a major independent power producer (IPP), and Rs 159.05 crore worth of modules for multiple projects under the PM-KUSUM scheme, to be executed across locations in Andhra Pradesh during FY 2025–27.
The Insolation Green Energy share price closed in red for the week, down 10.14% in a week at Rs 127.55 per share.
