ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company reported a 25.51% QoQ increase in its net profit in Q1FY27 in its disclosure to the exchanges. The AMC’s net profit increased from Rs 769 crore in Q4FY26 to Rs 965 crore in Q1FY27. On a YoY basis, the AMC reported a 23.1% increase in its net profit from Rs 784 crore.

The revenue from operations increased marginally from Rs 1,542 crore to Rs 1,564 crore during the quarter. The increase in net profit during the quarter was predominantly due to an increase in other income and a deferred tax credit. The fund house reported quarterly assets of Rs 11.17 lakh crore with a market share of 13.4% in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 9.44 lakh crore in Q1FY26.

The AMC also reported a YoY increase in its equity assets of about 20% from Rs 5.27 lakh crore to Rs 6.31 lakh crore. Besides this, the AMC also reported quarterly alternate assets of over Rs 79,400 crore comprising of quarterly PMS assets of about Rs 29,000 crore, quarterly AIF assets of about Rs 22,700 crore and quarterly assets under advisory of about Rs 27,700 crore.

The investor base of the AMC increased from 15.1 million in June 2025 to 17.3 million in June 2026. Monthly SIP transactions also increased by close to 15% from Rs 4,245 crore to Rs 4,872 crore during this period.
