Air India will move its operations from Terminal 4 to the new Terminal 6 at JFK Airport in 2028, offering improved facilities and connectivity with Star Alliance partner airlines. The terminal will feature 10 gates, modern check-in and baggage systems, and a shared customs and border control facility with Terminal 5. Air India will also open its first flagship Maharaja Lounge at JFK.
