Robert Kiyosaki, the author of ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ is known for making bold financial predictions. Once again, he grabbed attention on social media with a major claim about silver prices.
On X, he wrote, “I PREDICT: Silver opens tomorrow at $100 and goes to all time highs. What do you think?”. This statement led to major trolling on social media.
Silver could touch $200, says Kiyosaki
This is not the first time Kiyosaki has made an aggressive forecast about silver. In an earlier post, he shared a highly bullish view, claiming that the metal could see massive gains in the near future. He wrote, “Silver breaks $80.00,” and then added, “$200 next?”
Regardless of his optimism, Kiyosaki also warned investors about excessive hype in the market. In another post, he questioned whether silver might be heading into dangerous territory. He asked, “Silver bubble about to burst?”** and warned that rapid buying driven by fear of missing out could lead to a sharp fall.
“FOMO Fear of Missing Out MANIA. Crash is coming,” he cautioned. Kiyosaki, now 78, has repeatedly said that silver is one of his favourite assets. He revealed that he bought silver for the first time in 1965 and has remained invested in the metal for decades.
‘Robert, what happened to you?’
Netizens trolled Kiyosaki for silver prices prediction. A user noted, “Robert, what happened to you? -Concerned citizen.”
“Your track record for predictions is not great.” “I think you’re worse than me at predicting short term prices, and I only have a few years of experience,” claimed a netizen.
“It won’t, and you know that. Increased X payouts are a hell of a drug,” wrote another. “I PREDICT:Robert one day will get something right for once,” added another user.
“Have you ever been right?,” questioned a user.
