MTAR Technologies received an amended purchase order worth approximately Rs 370.56 Crores. The execution is scheduled for Q2 FY27.

The company said in its regulatory filing, revising its November 12 intimation, that the order value has increased from $30.88 Mn (Rs 271.75 Crores) by an additional $10.29 Mn (Rs 92.64 Crores).

The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing, updating its earlier intimation made on November 12, 2025.

Earlier, MTAR Technologies had announced receipt of orders worth USD 30.88 Mn, or around Rs 271.75 Crores. The revised order reflects an incremental value of USD 10.29 Mn, translating to about Rs 92.64 Crores.

Order from existing customer

The amended order has been placed by an existing customer, international entity. However, the company didn’t  disclose the name of the customer.

MTAR Technologies clarified that the order amendment does not involve termination but only an increase in the overall contract value.

Earlier received an order in nuclear power sector

Earlier this month, MTAR Technologies secured an order worth Rs 194 Crores from Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd. The order marks MTAR Technologies’ entry with a new customer in the civil nuclear power sector. Under the contract, the company will supply end fittings and associated components.

Share price of MTAR Technologies 

The Share price of MTAR Technologies has increased nearly 1.58% in Monday’s trade. The stock has gained 41.9% so far this year.
