Golmaal Again- Rohit Shetty directorial venture that hit the theatres on October 20 has had a fabulous week 1 on the Box Office. The Ajay Devgn, Arshad Warsi starrer had garnered Rs 30.14 crore on its opening day, while by the end of its opening weekend it was headed towards the 100 crore club with Rs 87.60 crore in its collection. This Shetty movie is the 4th film of the Golmaal series. At the end of week 1, the film had earned Rs 136.07 crore and currently, its lifetime collection stands at Rs 171.84 crore. Secret Superstar- Advait Chandan directorial venture Secret Superstar that features 'Mr Perfectionist' Aamir Khan and Dangal fame Zaira Wasim in the lead role has crossed the Rs 50 cr mark. The film that was released on October 19, 2017, had a subtle opening where it garnered Rs 4.80 cr on its opening day, subsequently, it earned Rs 41.59 cr at the end of its first week. Chef- Released on October 6, Chef that has Saif Ali Khan playing the lead role was directed by Raja Krishna Menon who in the past had directed Akshay Kumar starrer Airlift in 2016. The film failed to perform well on the Boc Office and on its opening Day had earned only Rs 1.05 crore. At the end of opening weekend, the film had garnered Rs 4 crore and by the end of its week 1, it had Rs 5.60 crore in its collection. Judwaa 2- This David Dhawan movie which has Varun Dhawan, Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez in the lead role hit the silver screen on September 29. The movie earned Rs 16.10 crore on its opening day and by the end of its opening weekend, the film had garnered Rs 59.25 crore. Bhoomi- Released on September 22, this Omung Kumar directorial venture that featured Sanjay Dutt and Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead role failed to show its magic at the Box Office. The film got a decent opening with rs 2.25 crore earning in their pocket, but subsequently, the earnings got reduced. By the end of week 1, the film had garnered only Rs 7.48 crore and its lifetime collection could not surpass Rs 11 crore.
