Upcoming IPOs 2024 debut: With the stock market closed for Christmas on December 25, trading this week is limited to four sessions. Despite the holiday, the Indian bourses are gearing up for a busy period with a mega listing spree. A total of 8 IPOs are set to debut on the stock exchanges, including 5 mainboard IPOs and 3 SME issues.

Here is everything you need to know about these public offerings and the key dates to remember.

1. DAM Capital Advisors IPO

DAM Capital Advisors IPO opened for subscription from December 19 and will conclude its 3-day bidding window today (December 23), with a price range set between Rs 269 to Rs 283 per share.

After the closure of the bidding, the allotment of shares is set to be finalised on December 24. The IPO is set to make its debut on Indian bourses on NSE and BSE on December 27.

Ahead of the listing, the shares of the company in the grey market, an unlisted marketplace, are trading at a premium of Rs 160, with an estimated listing price of Rs 443, marking a gain of 56.54 per cent.

2. Transrail Lighting IPO

The Transrail Lighting IPO, which opened for bidding from December 19 to December 23, is set to make its debut on the Indian bourses BSE and NSE on December 27.

The public issue priced between Rs 410 to Rs 432 per share, is expected to finalise its allotment on December 24. 

Leading the issue are book-running lead managers Inga Ventures, Axis Capital, HDFC Bank, and IDBI Capital Market Services, with Link Intime India serving as the registrar.

3. Sanathan Textiles IPO

A mainboard issue, Sanathan Textiles IPO is a Rs 550 crore book-built issue, opened for bidding on December 19 and set to close its subscription window on December 23.

The allotment of the shares is likely to be finalised on December 24, with the shares expected to list on the BSE and NSE on December 27.

Dam Capital Advisors and ICICI Securities are acting as the book-running lead managers for the issue, with Kfin Technologies as the registrar. In the grey market, Sanathan Textiles shares are currently trading at a premium of Rs 40, with an estimated listing price of Rs 361, a modest 12.46 per cent increase from the IPO price of Rs 321.

4. Concord Enviro Systems IPO

Concord Enviro Systems, a leading global provider of water and wastewater treatment solutions, including zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) technology, is a book-built issue of Rs 500.33 crores. The bidding of the IPO opened on December 19 and will end today, December 23.

The allotment of shares is expected on December 24, with the listing slated for December 27 on the BSE and NSE. In the grey market, Concord Enviro shares are trading at a premium of Rs 40, suggesting an estimated listing price of Rs 741, a modest 5.71 per cent rise from the IPO price of Rs 701.

5. Mamata Machinery IPO

Mamata Machinery’s Rs 179.39 crore IPO, a complete offer for sale of 0.74 crore shares, will wrap up its bidding process today, December 23. The IPO opened for subscription on December 19.

The price band of the mainboard IPO is kept in the range of R 230 to Rs 243 per share. The allotment of the shares is scheduled to be finalised on December 24. The shares are set to debut on the BSE and NSE on December 27.

In the grey market, Mamata Machinery shares are trading at a premium of Rs 260, hinting at a potential listing price of Rs 503, a 107 per cent surge from the upper IPO price of Rs 243.

6. Newmalayalam Steel NSE SME

The Newmalayalam Steel IPO, a Rs 41.76 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 46.40 lakh shares, opened for bidding window on December 19 and is set to close today, December 23, 2024.

With a price band set between Rs 85 to Rs 90 per share, the IPO by the end of second day so far was subscribed 5.86 times, with 11.64 times subscription in the retail category, 1.06 times in the QIB category, and 1.13 times in the NII category.

The allotment is scheduled to be finalised on December 24, and the shares will debut on NSE SME platform on December 27. As per the latest trend, in the grey market, Newmalayalam Steel shares are trading at a premium of Rs 30, suggesting an estimated listing price of Rs 120, a 33.33 per cent jump from the upper end of the IPO price.

7. Identical Brains Studios NSE SME

The IPO of Identical Brains Studios, which ran from December 18 to December 20, is set to finalise its allotment status today (December 23). The issue saw an overwhelming response, with subscriptions surpassing 544 times by the close of bidding. The company’s highly anticipated NSE SME issue is scheduled to list on Indian bourses on December 26.

In the grey market, the shares are currently trading at a premium of Rs 50, suggesting an estimated listing price of Rs 104 or a 92.59 per cent increase from the IPO price of Rs 54.

8. NACDAC Infrastructure BSE SME IPO

The NACDAC Infrastructure IPO, an SME issue worth Rs 10 crore, received an overwhelming subscription of nearly 2,000 times during its three-day bidding window from December 17 to 19.

The allotment of shares of the issue is finalised on December 20. The IPO set to list on the BSE on December 24.

Ahead of the official debut, the IPO shares are trading at a grey market premium of Rs 50, indicating an estimated listing price of Rs 85, a significant 142.86 per cent jump from the IPO price of Rs 54. Ahead of the listing, the company’s shares in the grey market are trading at a premium of Rs 175. This suggests an estimated listing price of Rs 607, which would mark a 40.51 per cent gain from the upper price band of Rs 432.
