Xiaomi’s Redmi 13C 5G is launching in India on December 6, 2023. Most likely, the Redmi 13C 5G will be a budget 5G smartphone presumably with an under Rs 15,000 price tag. A more affordable 4G version is also launching alongside on the same day. The Redmi 13C 5G is confirmed to come in a choice of three colours –black, silver and green— with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus processor under the hood and a single 50-megapixel camera on the back.
We don’t know how Xiaomi plans to keep things in order, but it also sells the Redmi 12 5G, a competitive 5G smartphone with a starting price of Rs 11,999. Then there is the Poco M6 Pro 5G, too, which is essentially the same phone as the Redmi 12 5G, also selling at a very similar price. The Realme 11X 5G and Realme Narzo 60X 5G are two other viable 5G budget options. Interestingly, they are powered by the same Dimensity 6100 Plus chip. Samsung’s Galaxy M14 5G is another heavyweight contendor worthy of your attention.
