BLS International Services has announced the renewal of its contract for Attestation and Apostille services with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. In a press statement, the company said that the renewed contract covers its existing service operations across Delhi, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Panaji, Kochi, Lucknow, Thiruvananthapuram, Jaipur, Patna and Puducherry.

The company added that under the agreement, BLS International will provide MEA Attestation and Apostille services for educational, non-educational, and commercial documents across various centres in India. Attestation and Apostille services help validate and authenticate official Indian documents, ensuring they are legally recognised abroad.

BLS International Q2 results 

BLS International reported a 48.8 per cent revenue growth in the September quarter. The company posted a consolidated revenue of Rs 736 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 496 crore in Q2 FY25. 

Further, the company’s consolidated profit in the quarter also grew by 27.7 per cent on a yearly basis in the quarter. BLS International’s consolidated profit in the Q2 FY26 was at Rs 185 crore, compared ot Rs 145 crore in the previous quarter of FY25.

BLS International stock opened at Rs 318.80 on Thursday morning. The company’s share price has increased by 3.79 per cent in the last month. However, in the last six months and one-year period, the stock has declined by 15.45 per cent and 28.8 per cent, respectively.
