Azhar Iqubal, co-founder of news aggregator Inshorts and a Shark Tank India judge, has chosen coworking brand Ofis Square’s Noida facility to launch his latest venture, Fenado — an AI-powered platform that allows users to build mobile apps and websites without coding or a dedicated tech team.
Positioned as a no-code solution for entrepreneurs and small businesses, Fenado enters a growing market of tools aimed at democratising app development. While product details remain under wraps, the startup’s tagline — “No coding, no dev team—just bring your ideas” — suggests it will target non-technical founders looking to build quickly.
The decision to operate from a coworking setup rather than a traditional office highlights an evolving startup mindset, where agility and community outweigh square footage. Iqubal said, “After exploring numerous options, we chose Ofis Square for its refined quality and premium workspace experience.”
Ofis Square, which has centres across Delhi-NCR, has recently seen a branding boost with actor Shraddha Kapoor on board as its official ambassador. The company positions itself as a launchpad for high-growth startups, offering private meeting rooms, event zones, and flexible office plans.
With Iqubal backing a no-code play and choosing a coworking space over a conventional tech park, Fenado’s early moves reflect shifting preferences in both product development and startup infrastructure.
