, May 17: Day 31 of the 3G spectrum auctions saw the country reach equilibrium level in most of the 22 circles barring Delhi and a few category B and C circles such as Bihar and Orissa, signalling that the auctions were likely to get over within the next two-three days. The provisional bid amount for a pan-India slot was Rs 16,164 crore, 2.21% higher or Rs 350 crore more than Saturday?s Rs 15,814 crore. This is also 361% more than the reserve price of Rs 3,500 crore. A total of Rs 65,311 crore has accrued to the government so far as the auction proceeds. Delhi had the highest provisional bid price of Rs 3,155 crore.
