Manager in the marketing team of Kaya, the skin care products and services chain of fast moving consumer goods company Marico, headed by his father Harsh Mariwala. He handles the digital marketing initiatives of the skin care brand.
Average day at work:
My work begins at 10 am. The average day includes team briefings, updates, discussion on the various ongoing digital initiatives and campaigns.
Post lunch, I work on my new business, following which I complete any pending work on the digital campaigns. And I usually w rap up around 7:30 pm.

Finding an untapped consumer need is the starting point. Marketing is the means to reach your target audience and deliver your product.

For a branded business, advertising plays a crucial role in building and nurturing brands.

* The Happy Dent TV ad which exudes genuine creativity
* The Close-Up ?Paas Aao? ad?the catchy jingle and the visual vibrancy drives the brand?s message clearly.
* The Vodafone ads featuring the pug for the way it creates an emotional connect with the consumers.
The target for the next three years:
To create a business unit that is profitable and self sustainable.
