Budget: Low-cost housing developers up

Shares in realtors gained after Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee proposed allowing external commercial borrowings for low cost housing projects below 2.5 million rupees.

Hubtown Ltd gained 1.28 per cent, Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd and Housing Development Finance Corp rose around 0.7 per cent each.
