Bill Gates’ Xanadu 2.0, named after the fictional mansion in Citizen Kane, is a 66,000 sq ft estate built from 500 Douglas fir trees and seven types of stone. The $130 million property features advanced technology, personalized guest experiences, and sustainable design elements. With a private tunnel, 475 feet of waterfront, and luxurious amenities, it remains Gates’ most ambitious project.
