InterGlobe Aviation, the parent company of IndiGo, has made commitments to the CCI to resolve an ongoing probe, including setting up a crisis management system and offering refunds and fare protection to passengers. They have also proposed a grievance redressal system and not charging excessive fares during disruptions. Public comments have been invited before a decision is made.
