Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals
The share price of MRPL surged as much as 7.88% to an intra-day high of Rs 156.23. The uptick in the stock price came after sliding on the back of weak quarterly performance. Last week, MRPL reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 271 crore for Q1 FY26, compared to a net profit of Rs 73 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
Dixon Technologies
Dixon Technologies’ share price has risen 3.5% to the day’s high of Rs 16,669. This came after the company reported a 100.44% year-over-year (YoY) surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 280.02 crore in Q1 FY26 compared with Rs 139.70 crore posted in Q1 FY25. The significant rise in profit was driven by stellar performance in its Mobile & Other EMS Division. Its revenue increased by 95.08% YoY to Rs 12,835.66 crore in the first quarter of FY26.
Ola Electric Mobility
Ola Electric’s shares surged 7.5% to an intra-day high of Rs 43.19 on the National Stock Exchange. The uptick in the stock price came after it announced the plan to launch some of its electric vehicles powered with ferrite motors as an alternative to those that go with heavy rare-earth magnets in the third quarter (September-December).
Paytm
One97 Communications share price surged to a day’s high of Rs 1,089. The fintech firm posted healthy Q1 numbers, helped by improving core and transitionary benefits. During the first quarter, Paytm reported 3% QoQ growth in MTUs to 74 million with GMV growing by 6% QoQ and 27% YoY. Revenue growth of 28% was led by financial services (doubled YoY), whereas marketing services (fell 12% adjusting for sale of entertainment & ticketing biz) lagged.
Colgate Palmolive
Colgate Palmolive shares fell more than 4% to the day’s low of Rs 2,275.20. The FMCG company reported an 11.8% YoY decline in its net profit to Rs 321 crore for Q1 of FY26, as compared to Rs 364 crore for the same period last year. Also, its net sales fell 4.5% YoY to Rs 1,421 crore in Q1, as compared to Rs 1,486 crore for the same period last year.
