Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt recently opened up about his granddaughter’s personal space while talking to Humans of Bombay, describing Raha’s vanity van ‘a temple’ that he didn’t want to enter and ‘contaminate.’

Mahesh Bhatt, recently shot an ad campaign with Alia and Amitabh Bachchan, was surprised when he discovered that Raha had her own vanity van. “Alia says, ‘Why don’t you go and sit in Raha’s room, papa?’ I didn’t want to contaminate it. It had the feeling of a nursery school. It almost looked like a temple. I said, ‘No, no, no, the old man has no place there,’” Mahesh Bhatt said in an interview with Humans of Bombay.
Raha’s vanity van reportedly looks more like a mini nursery than a traditional on-set room. Mahesh Bhatt’s hesitation to step inside shows just how special and well-thought-out the space is for the youngest Kapoor. She just went to Milan for the Gucci event, carrying her daughter with her. This is how the new-age heroines are. They go to work, they’re parenting, they go to Gucci events carrying their baby with them,” he further said in the interview.
