Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, and their children—Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan, and AbRam Khan—are set to relocate from their iconic home, Mannat. According to sources, the Khan family will be moving into a luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area. After nearly two-decades of living there, the family has reportedly leased luxury duplexes from producer Jackky Bhagnani in Bandra for a period of three years.

Paying a monthly rent of nearly Rs 24 lakh, this temporary address will accommodate Gauri Khan, and the kids, AbRam, Suhana and Aryan. The four floor luxury apartment is replacing Mannat temporarily as some extensions are underway.

Why is Shah Rukh Khan moving out?

Wife and designer, Gauri Khan has sought permission from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to a add two storey annexe behind the six storey Mannat. Originally a Grade III heritage structure, the proposal seeks to expand the covered-area by 616.02 square metres.

Shah Rukh Khan rented two luxury duplexes for nearly Rs 8.67 crore. Registered on February 14, with over 2 lakh stamp duty, it is located in Puja Casa covering the first, second, seventh and eighth floors.
