Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 8: The historical epic Chhaava made a strong debut at the box office on its opening day after its grand release on Friday. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film stars Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna. On Day 8 Chhaava earned Rs 13.9 crore till 8 PM. The net India collection for Week 1 has reached Rs 233.15 crore as per the latest data.
According to Industry tracker Sacnilk, The film started with Rs 31 crore on Day 1, followed by a 19.35% increase on Day 2 (Rs 37 crore) and a significant 31.08% rise on Day 3 (Rs 48.5 crore). However, collections dropped by 50.52% on Day 4 (Rs 24 crore) and showed a smaller increase of 5.21% on Day 5 (Rs 25.25 crore).
The film rebounded with a 26.73% growth on Day 6 (Rs 32 crore) before falling again by 32.81% On Day 7 (Rs 21.5 crore). Despite the fluctuations, the Week 1 collection amounted to Rs 219.25 crore.
The film has garnered widespread praise on social media and strong reviews from audiences. Centred around the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s son, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, it earned over Rs 60 crore in its first two days.
