An additional chief judicial magistrate of Nuh and her three-year-old daughter had a narrow escape when their car was attacked and set on fire by a mob during the attack on a religious procession in the district, an FIR has revealed. Anjali Jain, the additional chief judicial magistrate (ACJM), and her daughter had to run for their lives on Monday, as the attackers were pelting stones and firing at them, said the FIR registered at City Nuh police station on Tuesday. In the latest reports, two mosques were attacked by unknown miscreants in a late-night incident in strife-torn Nuh on Wednesday. According to a PTI report, the police said that the attack took place at around 11:30 pm when someone reported about fire at the mosques.
Amid communal violence, Haryana govt has sanctioned land for RAF battalion in Nuh. Almost five years after the Centre approved a new battalion of the CRPF's anti-riot unit RAF to be based in Nuh, the Haryana government finally sanctioned land for it at a time the district witnessed communal clashes, a PTI report said.
Twenty companies of central forces are already deployed in Haryana, 14 of them in Nuh, three in Palwal, two in Gurugram and one in Faridabad
Haryana Chief Minister said that he has no idea about the whereabouts of Monu Manesar. He also said that hunt is on for Manesar. He also said that neighbouring Rajasthan Police is looking for the cow vigilante, who is also a member of Bajrang Dal.

Mohammed Saad, the 22-year-old naib Imam of Anjuman Jama Masjid in Gurugram, who was found dead after a mob allegedly broke into an under-construction mosque at Sector 57 and set it on fire, had told his family that would be safe as there was “enough police deployment” outside the mosque, reported The Indian Express. The Supreme Court has asked the state governments to ensure no hate speech is delivered during the protest rallies organised by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad. The apex court was hearing the petition that sought to stop the protest marches announced by VHP-Bajrang Dal in Delhi-NCR following the Nuh communal clashes.
