Lok Sabha Election 2024 Haryana Results 2024 Highlights: It is a tie in Haryana as the BJP and the Congress have bagged 5 seats each in an intense fight right till the end. The Haryana showdown ended in a tie. Both parties secured five seats each. Take a look with their respective winners:
BJP: Kurukshetra (Naveen Jindal), Karnal (Manohar Lal Khattar), Bhiwani-Mahendragarh (Dharambir Singh), Gurgaon (Rao Inderjit Singh), Faridabad (Krishan Pal Gurjar)
Congress: Ambala (Varun Chaudhry), Sirsa (Selja), Hisar (Jai Parkash), Sonipat (Satpal Brahamchari), Rohtak (Deepender Singh Hooda)
The ruling party BJP has clinched two more seats - Kurukshetra and Gurgaon, taking the fight to the Congress party. The two so far have secured wins in three seats each.
In Kurukshetra, BJP's Naveen Jindal won by 29021 votes defeating AAP's Sushil Gupta while in Gurgaon, BJP's Rao Inderjit Singh beat Congress's Raj Babbar by 75079 votes.
The BJP has finally registered its first win in Haryana. The party has secured the Faridabad constituency with its candidate Krishan Pal Gurjar beating the Congress's Mahender Pratap Singh by 172914 votes.
Krishan Pal Gurjar secured a 53.6 per cent vote share with 788569 total votes including 787332 EVM votes and 1237 postal votes. His competitor Mahendra Pratap Singh saw 41.8 per cent vote share with 615655 total votes including 614908 EVM votes and 747 postal votes.

Congress is on fire! The party has won its third seat in Haryana with Satpal Brahamchari securing the Sonipat seat by 21816 votes, beating BJP's Mohan Lal Badoli: ECI data.
Brahamchari received 48.8 per cent vote share with 548682 total votes including 546163 EVM votes and 2519 postal votes. In contrast, BJP's Badoli saw 46.8 per cent vote share with 526866 total votes including 525069 EVM votes and 1797 postal votes.
With two constituencies in its corner, the Congress party is currently leading in Haryana while the ruling party BJP is yet to register its first win.
All eyes are on former CM Manohar Lal Khattar contesting from Karnal, Krishan Pal Gurjar from Faridabad, Naveen Jindal from Kurukshetra, Dharambir Singh from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh and Rao Inderjit Singh from Gurgaon to give BJP its first victory in Haryana.
Congress registers its second win in Haryana. Jai Parkash from Hisar constituency has emerged victorious by 63381 votes, defeating BJP's Ranjit Singh.
Jai Parkash had a 48.5 per cent vote share, securing 570424 total votes including 567194 EVM votes and 3230 postal votes against Ranjit Singh's 507043 total votes including 504944 EVM votes and 2099 postal votes.
BJP candidates Naveen Jindal from Kurukshetra, Manohar Lal Khattar from Karnal, Dharambir Singh from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh, Rao Inderjit Singh from Gurgaon and Krishan Pal Gurjar are leading against AAP's Sushil Gupta, Congress's Divyanshu Budhiraja, Rao Dan Singh, Raj Babbar, and Mahender Pratap Singh respectively: ECI data.
In a setback to the influential Chautala family of Haryana, several of its members who had entered the poll fray are set to face defeats, according to a PTI report. From Kurukshetra, BJP's Naveen Jindal was leading with a comfortable margin against AAP's Sushil Gupta while INLD's Abhay Chautala was trailing a distant third.
Abhay Chautala is also the lone MLA of his party Indian National Lok Dal, which is headed by former chief minister Om Prakash Chautala. Similarly, Ajay Singh Chautala and Dushyant Chautala had fielded their candidates on all 10 LS seats, but they too are set to receive a drubbing going by the latest trends of the Election Commission, the report said.
Kumari Selja is the general secretary of the Congress party and the daughter of a senior leader and former MP late Dalbir Singh. Selja is a four-time Lok Sabha MP, twice from Sirsa and twice from Ambala.
Haryana gets its first winning candidate as Congress's Selja registers victory over BJP's Ashok Tanwar by 268497 votes in Sirsa seat.
Selja secured a 54.17 per cent vote share with a total of 733823 votes including 732298 EVM votes and 1525 postal votes. In comparison, Ashok Tanwar had a vote share of 34.35 per cent with a total of 465326 votes including 464472 EVM votes and 854 postal votes.
INDIA Bloc’s Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which contested on one seat – Kurukshetra in Haryana, continues to trail. Its candidate Sushil Gupta was trailing by 26481 votes, as per the latest ECI data.
Raj Babbar of the Congress party continues to trail in the Gurgaon constituency. He was polled 670840 votes, according to the ECI data so far.
BJP's Mohan Lal Badoli is currently trailing by 20711 in the Sonipat constituency. He has secured 524987 votes so far: ECI data.

BJP's Naveen Jindal from the Kurukshetra seat has been polled 232066 votes in comparison to 224149 votes polled for Aam Aadmi Party‘s Sushil Gupta, as per the latest ECI data. Jindal is currently ahead of Gupta by 7917 votes.
