Lineage Power, a material subsidiary of Pace Digitek, has received an order worth Rs 199.4 crore (including taxes) from Larsen & Turbo for the supply of battery energy storage systems (BESS).

As per its regulatory filing, Pace Digitek will supply 2.7 lakh units of BESS, including LiFePo4 liquid cooling BESS integrated containers, to the Bihar State Power Generation Company’s Kajra site.

The order will be executed upon receiving manufacturing clearance by December 2025, with delivery scheduled for completion by March 2026.

The order falls under domestic procurement, and the company’s promoter group has no interest in the awarding entity. No related-party transactions are involved. The disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pace Digitek secures Rs 930 crore solar project from MSPGCL

Earlier this month, Pace Digitek received an order worth Rs 929.76 crore from the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL).

The project involves a 200 MWAC grid-connected, ground-mounted solar PV power plant, including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and three years of operation and maintenance. The scope also covers power evacuation to the state transmission substation.

Pace Digitek share price

Following the announcement of its second order of the month, the share price of Pace Digitek closed at Rs 215.25, down nearly 1% from the previous close. Over the past five trading sessions, the stock has declined by 2%.
