Anil Ambani-led Reliance Communication reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 2,701 crore in Q2FY26 as compare to a net loss of Rs 2,282 crore reported in Q2FY25. The company’s net loss was at Rs 2,558 in the previous quarter (Q1FY26).

The company reported revenue at 87 crore.

Reliance Communications has been under the corporate insolvency resolution process since June 28, 2019. Its affairs, business and assets are being managed by the Resolution Professional, Anish Niranjan Nanavaty, appointed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, with all powers of the board of directors vested in him.

Recently Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summons the chairman of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, Anil Ambani on a case related to a Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) inquiry and temporarily attached assets worth more than Rs 3000 crore in another case.
