A number of significant Indian companies announced their earnings for Q2 FY26 on November 4. The results include the almost tripled losses of Indigo to an over 500 per cent rise in Suzlon Energy’s profits.

Here is a short summary of the key Q2 results announced today- 

Suzlon Energy Q2 results 

Suzlon Energy posted a 539 per cent YoY profit growth in the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 1,279 crore in Q2 FY26. The solar energy sector company’s net profit in Q2 FY25 was Rs 200 crore. 

Furthermore, Suzlon Energy’s revenue grew by 84.6 per cent in the quarter. The company’s consolidated revenue in Q2 FY26 surged to Rs 3,865 crore. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, its revenue from operations stood at Rs 2,092 crore. 

SBI Q2 FY26 results 

State Bank of India (SBI) has reported a net profit of Rs 20,159.67 crore in Q2 FY26, up 9.97% year-on-year (YoY), from Rs 18,331.44 crore. Net Interest Income (NII) rose 3.3% year-on-year to Rs 42,985 crore from Rs 41,620 crore in Q2FY25.

Interest earned improved to Rs 1,19,653.93 crore from Rs 1,13,870.56 crore in a year-ago period. The country’s biggest lender’s total income increased to Rs 1,34,979 crore in Q2FY26, from Rs 1,29,141 crore in Q2FY25.

Mahindra & Mahindra Q2 results

Mahindra & Mahindra posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 3,673 crore in Q2FY26, up nearly 15.85% year-on-year (YoY) from Rs 3,170.72 crore in the same quarter previous year (Q2FY25).

Revenue from the operations stood at Rs 45,885.40 crore, up 21.75% from Rs 37,689.04 crore recorded in Q2FY26.

The company said it has reported 28% growth in profit after tax after excluding a one-time gain on account of land sale in the second quarter of FY25.

Adani Enterprises

Adani Enterprises posted a 71.65 per cent profit growth in the second quarter of fiscal year 2025-26. The flagship company of the Adani Group reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 3,414 crore in Q2 FY26. The company’s consolidated net profit in Q2 FY25 was at Rs 1,989 crore. 

Contrary to the net profit growth, Adani Enterprises’ revenue from operations fell by 6 per cent in the quarter. The company posted a consolidated revenue of Rs 21,248 crore in Q2 FY26, compared to Rs 22,608 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY25. 

Indigo Q2 results 

InterGlobe Aviation, the parent of the country’s largest airline IndiGo, reported a net loss of Rs 2,582 crore for the three months ended September, as the bottom line was mainly impacted by currency movements.

The airline’s loss in the year-ago period stood at Rs 986 crore.

According to a regulatory filing, the company raked in a total income of Rs 19,599 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year, higher than Rs 17,759 crore recorded in the same period a year ago.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders 

Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers posted 57.29 per cent profit growth in the second quarter of the financial year 2025-26. The public sector company reported a net profit of Rs 153.78 crore in Q2 FY26. Last fiscal year, the company’s net profit was at Rs 97.77 crore. 

Furthermore, Garden Reach Shipbuilders reported 45 per cent revenue growth in the quarter. The company’s revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,677.38 crore in Q2 FY26 from Rs 1,152.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

One MobiKwik Q2 loss widens to Rs 28.6 cr  

Fintech firm One MobiKwik Systems reported widening of consolidated loss to Rs 28.6 crore in Q2FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 3.59 crore in Q2FY25.

Revenue from operations stood at Rs 270.21 crore in Q2 FY26, a 7% decline from Rs 290.64 crore in Q2 FY25.

MobiKwik said it recorded the “highest-ever” quarterly payments GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) in Q2 FY26 at Rs 43,216.7 crore.

Kansai Nerolac Paints Q2 profit rises 11%

Kansai Nerolac Paints reported an increase of 11.3% (YoY) in its consolidated net profit to Rs 133.31 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 119.76 crore in the Q2 FY25

However, its revenue from operations remains flat at Rs 1,954.18 crore from Rs 1,951.37 crore in Q2FY25.

“Overall demand in decorative was affected due to heavy and extended monsoons. The company continues to do well in areas of construction chemicals, waterproofing, wood finishes and projects. A shorter Diwali season and continued monsoons could impact growth in the short term,” said Kansai Nerolac in its earnings statement.

ACME Solar Q2 profit jumps over 7-fold

ACME Solar Holdings posted a more than seven-fold jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 115.06 crore in Q2FY26  on higher revenue.

Total income also more than doubled to Rs 601.36 crore. The company partially commissioned 28 MW out of 100 MW wind project in Gujarat, taking the cumulative commissioned capacity to 378 MW.

Adani Ports and SEZ Q2 net profit rises 29% 

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone reported a 29% rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 3,120 crore in Q2FY26.

Total income in the July-September 2025-26 period increased to Rs 10,004.06 crore, from Rs 7,372.37 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Total expenses  increased to Rs 6,103.59 crore from Rs 4,433 crore in the year-ago quarter. 

The company announced the acquisition of NQXT Port, Australia — a natural deepwater, multi-user export terminal with 50 MTPA capacity (subject to regulatory approvals).

Adani Ports also said it acquired nine new marine vessels during Q2 FY26, taking the total fleet to 127 vessels and inaugurated the Strategic Command Center for Marine operations.
