Real estate company DLF on Wednesday announced that it has sold out its new luxury project, DLF Privana North, in just one week. Valued at around Rs 11,000 crore, the project is part of the larger 116-acre DLF Privana township in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram. The project spans across 17.7 acres and includes six high-rise towers (stilt+50 floors), making it the tallest residential structures developed by DLF to date. It offers 1,152 spacious 4 BHK apartments and 12 lavish penthouses, all designed with large layouts and scenic views.
Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers, said, “The strong sales response reflects a clear, latent demand for DLF offerings, driven by the success of our past projects. We saw interest from buyers across India and around the world. This success also speaks to the strength of the larger community we are building, continuing the legacy of DLF5 as a benchmark for luxury, master-planned living.”
Privana North is designed with curved tower placements to ensure privacy and offer views of the central greens, the Aravalli range, and a 500-metre-wide reserved green zone. While the 4 BHK apartments have a spacious carpet area of about 207 sq meters (2,236 sqft), the penthouses go up to 450 sq. meters (4,847 sqft).
“Privana is our answer to the growing demand from discerning buyers, in India and abroad, who seek future-ready, thoughtfully designed communities. As Gurgaon evolves into its 2.0 era, Privana North stands as a defining project, a benchmark of uncompromised living in the city’s next iconic address,” said Aakash Ohri.
Privana North has been designed by international experts to ensure the highest quality and safety. The master plan is by HB Design from Singapore, landscaping by InSite International from Abu Dhabi, traffic planning by Surbana Jurong from Singapore, and structural engineering by Thornton Tomasetti from New York, with additional checks by LERA, also from New York.
